IL Level one: The Residents is independent. Need a caregiver for little, to no supervision completing ADL's.

AL Level two: Needs a caregiver with hands on assistance with one ADL's.

Level three: Needs hands on assistance with more than one ADL, with one or more caregivers assistance.

Specialized Care for client/ or a residents with specific needs, mental health,Dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Short term services for daily, or weekly relief care. Short term care for recovery purposes.

Memory care:

We have certified trained staff, specialized programs and activities designed to meet the unique needs of client/ or residents with any of these conditions.

A delegated care plan can be followed or made. Tailored to the clients/ or residents individual needs. After initial visit with the clients family. Later at the time of acceptance.

Offered at an additional cost. Administration of medication, transportation, laundry services, housekeeping, special dietary meals, meal prep, grocer runs, stoma care,
respite care, range of motion.
No charge services; Spiritual guidance, community bible study, & prayer.

Total assistance for clients.

Needing full hands-on ADL's, Feeding, hygiene, bathing, dressing, administer medication , catheter care, stoma care, incontinence care, ambulation with gait belt, walker, wheelchair.

Daily group activities, and all meals included.
The cost of care varies. Depending on the individual levels of care needed.

Light fitness/ exercise is offered to ensure wellness, socialization, strengthen mobility, cognitive health.
This is tailored to the needs of the individual client, ensuring well-being of clients.

Haircuts.
