IL Level one: Little to no supervision completing ADL's.

AL Level two: Hands on assistance with one ADL's.

Level three: Hands on assistance with more than one ADL, with more than one caregiver assistance.

Specialized Care for residents with specific needs, mental health, Dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
Short term stays for daily or weekly relief care. Short term care for recovery purposes.

We have Certified trained staff, and specialized programs and activities designed to meet the unique needs of residents with any of these conditions.

A Care Plan will be made tailored to the clients' individual needs.

Needing full hands-on ADL's, Feeding, hygiene, bathing, dressing, administer medication , catheter care, stoma care, incontinence care, ambulation with gait belt, walker, wheelchair.

Group activities, and all meals included.

Light Fitness classes offered to ensure wellness, socialization, strengthen mobility, cognitive health.
